CHANGE. It requires being a fish out of water, for a time. The fear of the unknown, or not making it to our destination successfully can feel like we are suffocating. Sometimes those feelings keep us from making the leap.
If we can only persist, and move forward, the terror can be replaced by the joy of reaching where we were meant to be…and then breathing. So how can we prepare for the leap, and keep ourselves from turning back when fear and doubt threaten our course?
Envision where we are going. The more clearly we can picture our destination, the more likely we are to reach it. The mere act of describing where we are going causes us to make subtle changes that propel us forward.
Always move towards who we are meant to be. Strive to fully understand and appreciate our unique talents and what gives us energy. Move in the direction of that energy.
Give ourselves grace. It is okay to be scared. It is okay to make mistakes. Don’t fight it. Move through it.
