Lisa Dahmus is the Founder and Managing Director of Customized Interactions and an experienced organizational development and learning consultant. She helps organizations modernize learning systems, strengthen leadership, and improve processes by blending human-centered design with practical tools that deliver measurable results during times of growth and change.

With more than twenty years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate HR, Lisa has led global training teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at Fortune 100 companies. Her background gives her a deep understanding of complex operational systems and how to design scalable programs that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and leadership effectiveness.

Her expertise spans process improvement, change management, instructional design, and the use of modern learning technologies—including chatbots, microlearning, and performance support systems—to build capability at scale. She began her career in engineering and brings a structured, analytical lens to every engagement.

She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a SHRM-SCP. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma, DiSC, Myers-Briggs, Hogan, and Genos Emotional Intelligence, and is an approved SHRM Recertification Provider.
